The system was designed to batch marination by weight into a bowl chopper. Marination is mixed in the large tank then pumped into the batch tank mounted on a scale. Once the weight is made the bypass valve shifts to re-circulate, then the operator activates a switch to dump the batch into the bowl chopper.
