CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

RadiusConveyor1.JPG

USDA and FDA compliant

Constructed from quality Stainless steel and Engineered Plastics. All materials are processed on CNC machinery, i.e. laser, press brake, turning, milling and router. Each conveyor is designed to a particular application using 3D modeling software. Conveyors can be configured in flat, incline, radius or a combination of each option.

Quality Construction

All welds are 100% and hand TIG welded. Available finishes are Mill, #3 polish (standard), and mill finish. Belt carryway’s are made from machined UHMW strips that are removable without tools for ease of cleaning. Belt return rides on replaceable molded return shoes. Conveyors can be configured for Center Drive or End Drive. Northwind laser etches the manufacturer date, part number, company logo (optional), and other applicable information into the side of the conveyor frame, providing permanent identification of our equipment.
