CNC Machined from Stainless Steel 303 bar stock
1" bearing journals are machined to .9995 / 1.248
1-1/4" bearing journals are machined to 1.2495 / 1.248
All shafts are straightened to a maximum run-out of .003" TIR after machining. Journal finish 32 RMS or better
All shafts have 1/4-20 set screws to retain center sprocket and one 1/4-20 set screw on each end to prevent sprocket from sliding off shaft.
All keyways are 1/4"
