Quality Control
In-process product verifications are performed by trained Machinists throughout the manufacturing process. Measurable characteristics are identified at each step and results are documented. This important step in the manufacturing process ensures that even the slightest non-conformance is identified and resolved quickly thus ensuring that quality is built into everything Northwind manufactures.

But we don't stop there. After final inspection is performed and the product is verified to be compliant to the established requirements by the Quality Assurance Team, your product must successfully complete a final once-over by the Shipping Department. After which your products are properly packaged to ensure you receive damage-free products when they arrive at your door.

Northwind's quality process is a total team effort from beginning to end.
